This year is about clearing and balancing my Chakras as I have rips in my aura. While I meditate, sound bath, crystals anyway I can help with this process is a plus. I practice gratitude and journal so a good reason to light a chakra candle while I do this practice. I have already stocked up for the next 4 months. A time I would be less likely to journal as I am in my natural hibernation mode.
